Tears of the Kingdom is the newest in a rich dynasty of Zelda game stretching back to 1986. With this has come many different renditions of Link, Ganon and other characters, but also an equally important change in setting. So where is Zelda Tears of the Kingdom set?

From what we can gather from trailers and the statements put forward by Nintendo, Tears of the Kingdom will be set in the skies above Hyrule. This will surely build upon the already existing world of Breath of the Wild, expanding it massively.
