There are many items that you need to locate in the Resident Evil 4 Remake if you want to make your way to freedom and rescue Ashley. Each chapter has an important item that is needed for you to progress forward. In chapter 13, you will be on the hunt for the Biosensor Scope. This item is needed if you want to defeat Regenerators since it allows you to see their weak points. Unfortunately, you have a lot to deal with before you can get the scope. The Biosensor Scope is one of the most important items in the game. This is because it is necessary to obtain if you want to kill some of the most powerful enemies in the game; Regenerators. The Biosensor Scope can be found in the Incubation Lab of the Facility. Before you can get there, however, you need to fight your way through the upper levels of the facility and fend off a few Regenerators.
After turning on the power, you will need to get your hands on a keycard and upgrade it to level two before you can open the pathway to the Incubation Lab. On the way to getting the Biosensor Scope, you will need to complete the electronic lock puzzles to unlock the doors and to obtain the LE 5 SMG. Once you finally reach the Incubation Lab, make your way to the back room and you will find the Biosensor Scope on in a case.

After picking up the scope, you can equip it to any SMG or rifle in your inventory. We recommend equipping the scope on the Stingray since it is a powerful rifle with a decent rate of fire. When using the scope, you will see large masses inside the bodies of the Regenerators. Shoot these masses to kill them and get them out of the way.
