The new Fuse ability in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom can be used for many amazing things, making flying machines, and creating fighting mechs Gundam style, but today someone has taken that a step further, no longer will we be harassing and mistreating Koroks throughout Hyrule, now we can annoy the Signpost man and send his signs to space.

The Signpost man is now subject to torment

GrassWaterDirtHorse a Redditor in the r/tearsofthekingdom subreddit made this crazy act by attaching a wood board with a Zonai rocket to the signpost. The user then told Addison to let go of it, watching as the rocket ended up launching into Hyrule’s outer atmosphere while taking the sign along with it. Addison naturally became enraged and told Link that what he did was “whoa, unforgivable.” Which, let’s be honest, it is pretty unforgivable to send a man’s sign to space.

Tears of the Kingdom has a whole host of new enemies and characters to fight and interact with but as usual, we see players finding new and inventive ways to mistreat Koroks. Now it seems there is a new target for these players and with the addition of Link’s new fuse ability, fans are finding more and more creative ways to cause chaos in Hyrule by tormenting the signpost man.

Helping Addison with his signs and helping the Koroks is usually the way these NPCs are interacted with but unfortunately, the community didn’t bother learning how to help Koroks reach their friends, so many are still waiting to be reunited with their fellow forest spirits. While waiting it seems they are being thrown around using Link’s other new ability, the Ultrahand.

Thankfully this portion of the community has now honed in on a new target. This is unfortunate for poor Addison who will now be sign-less.

Have you found any new ways to use Link’s new abilities? Or are you still intent on harassing Koroks and Bokoblins?
