The release of this latest iteration in the Nvidia 40-series GPUs is imminent, but what will the RTX 4070 price be for the US, UK, and other consumers across the globe? We heard from leakers like Moore’s Law Is Dead, that the RTX 4070 MSRP for the US will be $599, for the Founder’s Edition of the graphics card at least, and this has been confirmed in the listing price for the product on Best Buy.

It looks like Nvidia are looking to avoid the backlash they received when they originally launched the RTX 3070 Ti under the name of the RTX 4080 12GB, and charged consumers $899 for it, subsequently dropping the price and changing the name to one that the market deemed a more accurate reflection of the tech on offer.

As a result the price for the RTX 4070 has dropped significantly from what they were originally planning to sell it at, to the point that it’s now equal to the price of the RTX 3070 Ti when it launched (though it’s now available for cheaper). This has potentially done over AIB companies selling their own branded variants of the RTX 4070, who have now had to adjust their prices in line.

The RTX 4070 Ti never got a Founder’s Edition version of the card, but the standard US MSRP for the variants closest to what you could call a Founder’s Edition of the RTX 4070 Ti is $799, with the UK MSRP price being £799. As stated this means the RTX 4070 will be priced at $200 cheaper.

The RTX 4060 release date has not yet come to pass, and we don’t know for sure how much this lower SKU graphics card will cost, however the current best estimate is somewhere in the $399-$499 range, which would make it either $200 or $100 cheaper than the RTX 4070.
