The new revamped Alienware m16 was revealed at CES 2023, along with fairly extensive details of its specifications, pricing and some indication of the Alienware m16 release date. We can’t wait to get our hands on this Alienware laptop and see if it’s worthy of inclusion into our best gaming laptop guides.
A specific Alienware m16 release date has not yet been confirmed by Dell, however they have given us a window of time in which the laptop will be released, and you will be able to pick one up by the end of March! (see below for all the details).

Alienware m16 release date window
No definitive Alienware m16 release date has been set by Alienware at this time, however they have confirmed that Q1 2023 is when we will see the laptop first hit the shelves (i.e. before the end of March 2023). This will be limited to the higher-powered options and possibly only the Intel CPU + Nvidia GPU configurations.
Later, lower-powered configurations, and possibly also the AMD Ryzen + Radeon variants will be available in Q2 2023 (i.e. before the end of June 2023).

Alienware m16 price
- The Alienware m16 price for the higher-powered configurations released earlier will start at $2,599, with GPU, CPU, RAM, and SSD upgrades increasing the price.
- The Alienware m16 price for the lower-powered configurations released later will start at $1,899, again with GPU, CPU, RAM, and SSD upgrades increasing the price.
