CES 2023 brought with it the announcement of an Alienware m18 release date window from the people at Dell, plus pricing and quite a bit of specification information. Although we’re still waiting for some specific bits of info, including an actual release date, we do know we will be able to get our hands on the first of these devices before March 31st, 2023.
The Alienware m18 is a new entry to the series, and a rarely seen example of a whopping 18-inch gaming laptop. We’re not exactly sure how much this sizable customer will way, but it’s definitely more of a desktop replacement device, compared to the more slimline Alienware X series.

Alienware m18 release date window
A specific Alienware m18 release date has not yet been set, as mentioned above, however the company has given us a broad window in which we can expect to see the first models available to buy: namely Q1 2023.
Apparently this Q1 release will be restricted to the higher-powered SKUs, and also (it would seem) to Intel & Nvidia powered variants.
Lower-specced models, plus the AMD configurations (Ryzen CPUs, Radeon GPUs), will be released later in the year, before the end of Q2 2023.
Alienware m18 price
The Alienware m18 price for the top-end models released in Q1 will begin at $2,899. Upgrades to the processor, graphics, memory and storage will all increase the price.
The Alienware m18 price for the lower-end models released in Q2 will begin at $2,099, again upgrades to the processor, graphics, memory and storage will all increase the price further.
