The latest patch for Life is Strange: Remastered PS4 and Xbox One version has just been released and has brought some new fixes and changes to the game. The new update 1.02 has also brought some stability improvements.

The previous patch which was released as a day one patch had various bug fixes. However, players have also complained about some persisting issues that they have been facing while playing. This new update has fixed some of these issues.

What are the highlights of Life is Strange Remastered Patch 1.02?

Here are some of the issues that have been fixed along with new additions to the game.

  • Fixed crashes in BTS:R Ep 1 on PS4.
  • Addressed the visible subtitle strings/missing subtitle issue on all platforms. If this does not work, change your subtitle language in the pause > Settings menu, and then change it back.
  • Added stability and performance improvements.
  • Addressed discolored character shaders in BTS:R. You can also exit and restart the game to fix the issue.

Besides this, there will be a 60FPS mode that will be coming for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X in a later pack. The file size for this update has not been revealed yet and detailed patch notes are yet to be released by Square Enix.

Life is Strange is now available on PS4 and Xbox One for download.
