ASUS Launches ProArt StudioBook And VivoBook Laptops

ASUS has recently announced the launch of four brand new laptops. These include the ASUS VivoBook S14 and the VivoBook S15, both priced at $699.

There are also two premium laptops which are priced at $1,999. These are the ProArt StudioBook which comes in a 15-inch and a 17-inch version.

VivoBook Laptops

The VivoBook S14 and S15 laptops offer bright and bold designs with diamond-cut edges and a satisfying textured finish.

These laptops both come with Intel 10th generation Core i5 10210U CPUs, 8 GB of RAM, and 512 GB SSD. The only real difference between the S14 and S15 is the display – 14-inch vs 15-inch but both feature 1080p resolution.

The VivoBook S14 weighs 3.2 pounds and measures 12.8 x 8.4 x 0.6 inches. The S15 weighs 4 pounds and measures 14.1 x 9.2 x 0.6 inches.

Both laptops feature similar ports. They offer USB 3.1 Type-A, USB 3.1 Type C, and two USB 2.0 ports. There’s also an HDMI port and a headphone/audio combo jack. These laptops also come with Wi-Fi 6 support.

ProArt StudioBook Workstations

On the premium and professional end, ASUS’s ProArt StudioBooks are designed for flexibility and versatility. They come with a 180-degree hinge which lets you lay your laptop flat – making it perfect for collaborative or creative work.

The ProArt StudioBook 15 inch has a 2160p display and comes with an Intel Core i7 9750H processor. There’s also 32 GB of RAM, a 512 GB PCIe G3X4 SSD, and a 512 GB M.2 SSD

Also included is an impressive graphics card – the Nvidia GeForce RTX 2060 GPU which comes with 6 GB of graphics memory.

The ProArt StudioBook 17 inch version has the same hardware specifications except for the display which is 1080p rather than 2160p.

The main differences, therefore, come in weight and size. The ProArt StudioBook 15 weighs 4 pounds and measures 14.2 x 9.9 x 0.7 inches. This makes it considerably lighter than the ProArt StudioBook One which weighs a whopping 6.39 pounds.

The ProArt StudioBook 17 weighs 5.3 pounds and measures 15.0 x 11.3 x 0.7 which makes it similar in size and weight to the ProArt StudioBook Pro.

These four laptops are now available for purchase from various online retailers including Amazon.
