Back 4 Blood is one of the best co-op action horror games out there but it lacks social features that let players discover friends and play with them. With the newest February update, Turtle Rock Studios is letting players add each other after a session and queue up immediately. It helps players find games with other like-minded players and is a very welcome quality-of-life change.

What to Expect From The New Back 4 Blood Update?

Turtle Rock Studios is working on making the game’s cards more viable for different strategies while also removing tradeoffs that don’t meaningfully add to gameplay. The new patch introduces some tweaks to some of the cards in the game and we can expect more changes in the coming weeks. The patch also addresses a few common bugs that players have been facing since the previous update.

Back 4 Blood February Update Patch Notes

Here are the highlights of the new Back 4 Blood update:

  • Fixed an issue that caused weapon fire rates to not always be accurate.
  • Fixed campaign objective items being dropped on use.
  • Fixed an issue where muted players were not being unmuted if the player toggled “Unmute All” before loading into the game.

Turtle Rock Studios has already implemented some key changes to cards in the game and has promised more balance changes in the near future. To check out the full list of changes, click here.
