The statement made during the Activision Q2 2022 earnings report is as follows:

Across the Call Of Duty ecosystem, the teams are well positioned to support these launches with substantial live operations, while also continuing development of new premium content planned for 2023 and beyond.”

According to a report from Bloomberg, the franchise will be skipping a mainline release next year in favor of an extra year of development, thus making this the first skipped year for the Call Of Duty franchise:

The company is pushing off the release after a recent entry in the series failed to meet expectations, leading some executives to believe that they’re introducing new versions too rapidly… The decision was not related to Activision’s agreement to sell itself to Microsoft Corp for $69 billion.”

From the looks of it, and the titles of the image itself, we could be looking at a new installment in the Call Of Duty Black Ops subseries of games, with the images titled ‘Stealth’ and ‘Pillage’ and showing a F-117 Nighthawk Stealth Aircraft that was first used in the 1980s.
