Latest Updates: August 16th – Call of Duty Vanguard Release date is November 5th, with the official game reveal coming August 19th.
There’s a leak! Overnight, Call Of Duty Vanguard images started to appear across Twitter, Reddit, and a few others, of some artwork displaying key art for the next Call Of Duty game, aka Vanguard.
The leaked images were found within Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War files after the recent Season 5 update. The leak revealed that COD Vanguard will be available in three different editions, much like Cold War. The three editions will be a Standard edition, Cross-gen bundle, and Ultimate edition. One thing to look out for with the Ultimate edition is the pre order bonuses, which could include items but more importantly, early access!
As you can see above, an image teasing us with the Call Of Duty Vanguard Open Beta Early Access was also shared. This is included with the Ultimate Edition of the game and confirms an early access beta we were all hoping for. The characters shown are bonus operator skins and the image also shows bonus weapons and the extra content you get from the Ultimate Edition.
It has also been rumored that a new anti-cheat system is coming for the new COD title and will also be implemented into Warzone too. The new AC has been in development for over a year apparently, so let’s hope it is more effective than what is currently being used in Warzone.
Call Of Duty Vanguard Release Date
Remember, remember, the 5th of November. It looks as though the proposed Call Of Duty Vanguard release date is set to be around the 5th of November. Now, this won’t be surprising to cod fans, with the majority of their titles being released at that time of year.
While the game is yet to be fully announced we now know that Vanguard will have an open beta, with pre orders granting players early access. It looks to be another WW2 game and rather interestingly using the MW2019 engine, a superior engine to the one used for the recent Black Ops in many player’s eyes.
