Dying Light update 1.41 is the final update for the game before Dying Light 2 is out next month. The update introduces The Spike’s Story: Last Call Event to the game along with other bug fixes and improvements.

What’s new in Dying Light Update 1.41?

Spike’s organizing a safe zone for the survivors who managed to escape. There are still many who need help getting there, and the event requires you to help them travel to safety. There are also some special suits available that you can grab during missions.

In addition to the fixes,  there are also some audio and performance fixes that should improve player experience. The new event sounds fun and it will be the last major piece of content we receive until Dying Light 2 comes out.  The event will have various phases and there will be new bounties over the coming week that players can pick up and complete.

It is currently unknown what Techland has in store for fans of the franchise. With Dying Light 2 coming out in February, players might not be getting major content updates like patch 1.41 anymore. The game has been supported for over five years and the devs have promised the same for the sequel.
