January Elyon patch notes release new Archer class, Twitch Drops, and new events

The Elyon patch notes for January 2022 are rather heavy.

Kakao Games, the developers behind other popular eastern MMOs, such as ArchAge and more have finally launched Elyon latest class. In 2021, Kakao Games announced revealed Elyon’s archer class, which will be the seventh class added to the game. While there was still developmental time, it appears it is now released, and players can now string their bow and get out into the wild.

To celebrate the launch of the new Elyon class, Kakao has revealed that the Archer is coming with some other new content, In addition, fans of the game can expect Twitch Drops for the member of the community who get involved with the streaming side of things. Elyon patch notes January 2022

The main features of the January 2022 Elyon patch notes feature a closer look at the Elyon Archer class, along with in-game event to celebrate those leveling the Archer. Meanwhile, there is a section on twitch drops and other facets that are of interest to the everyday player. 

Elyon Archer Class

The Archer is the latest Elyon class to get added to the game. Archers will get to use skills involving hailing down arrows on their enemies. Meanwhile, you’ll be able to snipe enemies with incredibly charged arrows. You can see an example of the Archer in action courtesy of the Elyon social account giving us a quick guide to the class.

To celebrate the launch of the Archer, there is a new event designed for Archer levelers. The event kicks off on January 12, lasting until January 26. Those who take part in leveling an Archer through the event can earn plenty of rewards along the way. The rewards are broken down into different leveling milestones, each with a different reward tier.

Meanwhile, there is a Beginner’s Joy event taking place, on the same dates. This event is for the regular player, who wants to earn tickets and grab some new items. You can get an assortment of weapon, armor, enhance stone boxes, along with cleansing stones, binding stones, runes and other goodies. You can also get your hands on scrolls, effect changes, locks, catalysts and fragments from a coin event through the balanced attunement event. Both of these events have limits on the amount of items you can get per week.

Elyon Twitch Drops

To celebrate the new content, Kakao Games revealed the regards from the latest rounds of Twitch Drops. From January 12-14, you’ll be able to get yourself the following rewards

Note, you’ll need to watch one of the several pre-approved streamers. You can find the full list of approved streamers on the Elyon website. Meanwhile, you should be able to go to Twitch and see drops enabled on the approved channels. Don’t forget to link your Twitch and Elyon account together to guarantee you actually get the drops on your account.

General changes

The Elyon patch notes for January 2022 also include other general changes. Note, the amount of class slots on your account has improved fromm6 to 7, to accommodate your new archer alt.  However, there is nothing stopping you from rolling another one of the classes in the game if you want to.

Morso, there are plenty of new challenges players can embark on for more rewards. These feature Radiant honor armor and weapons, and a new Mysterious Rune. There’s also more microtransaction content from the Ruby shop, including an account name change, character name change, or clan name change.
