May the Fourth has officially rolled around once again, and, as usual, gaming companies are jumping on the chance to get involved in the Star Wars festivities. Epic Games is no different, just one of many platforms offering discounts on Star Wars games, but that’s not all. Epic is also bringing the force to Fortnite in a new set of May the 4th quests – paying out a bunch of XP and a new Banner icon.
All Star Wars May the 4th Fortnite Quests and Rewards
- Deal 1,000 damage to Opponents within 20 meters using the E-11 Blaster Rifle – 30K XP
- Complete a Bounty from a Stormtrooper – 30K XP
- Drive a vehicle from Chonker’s Speedway or Logjam Lumberyard to a Stormtrooper Checkpoint – 30K XP
- Land at a Stormtrooper Checkpoint then place in the top 25 – 30K XP
- Block ten attacks using a Lightsaber – 30K XP
- Survive Storm Phases while carrying a Lightsaber – 30K XP
- Complete five May the 4th quests – Empire Banner Icon
How to complete Fortnite May the 4th Quests
The main thing you’ll need to know in order to complete these Quests is where to find Stormtrooper Checkpoints. You’ll easily be able to pick up the weapons you need to complete the other Quests here as well.
There are three Stormtrooper Checkpoints, all marked on the map above.
- To the East of Shifty Shafts
- To the South of The Joneses
- Between Camp Cuddle and Greasy Grove
When are the May the 4th Quests available?
If the force isn’t quite with you on May 4, 2022, then the good news is you have two weeks to complete the new Fortnite questline. As such, you will have until Monday May 16 to complete all seven quests.
Fortnite Star Wars skins
In addition to the new questline, Fortnite is also celebrating Star Wars Day (or Star Wars Fortnite, geddit?) by re-releasing all non-Battle Pass Star Wars skins back into the Item Shop. These will be available throughout the two-week period, so keep checking the shop every day if you want to collect them all. The skins that will be available are:

- Imperial Stormtrooper
- Sith Trooper
- Boba Fett
- Krrsantan
- Fennec Shand
- Rey
- Finn
- Zorii Bliss
