The Cube Queen has arrived and unleashed her Halloween wrath on the island, meaning that Fortnite gamers will have to defeat her army of monsters in the Horde Rush LTM.
What is the Horde Rush LTM?
The Horde Rush limited-time mode returns from Fortnite Chapter 1, Season 9. You’ll move around the map staying within a small storm circle as waves of kid friendly zombies called Cube Monsters arrive and try to kill you and your squad. It’s a bit like an Eliminate and Collect Mission from Fortnite: Save the World.
What challenges are on the Horde Rush Punchcard?
There are several challenges that have arrived alongside the return of the Horde Rush LTM, some of which provide unique rewards that likely won’t be available again after Fortnitemares 2021.
Here’s what you’ll have to do to get those spooky locker items:
Cosmetic Quests
- Complete 20 Horde Rush Quests — Reward: Cube Queen Banner Icon
- Earn a Team Score of at least 400,000 — Reward: Cuddle Scream Leader Spray
- Earn 2,000,000 Combined Team Points — Reward: Thinking Juice Back Bling
Event Quests
- Eliminate 1500 Enemies
- Get 300 headshots on enemies
- Eliminate 25 poison or exploding enemies from at least 5m away
- Collect 6 score multipliers
- Eliminate 250 ranged enemies
- Destroy 6 enemy spawners
- Earn a x50 KO combo
- Open 50 Chests
- Deal 3000 pickaxe damage to enemy spawners
- Deal 100000 damage to enemies
You’ll note that this page only displays 10 Horde Rush Quests. This is because there will be more released at a later date, to bring avid Fortnite enthusiasts back to the game. The next batch of Horde Rush Challenges will be released soon.
When can I play the 2021 Horde Rush LTM?
Fortnite’s Horde Rush mode returned on October 19, 2021 and will be playable until November 2, 2021 so you’ll want to get to the Horde Rush Quests as soon as possible if you want the rewards.
