If you’re having trouble logging into Genshin Impact right now, you’re not alone. Some Travelers are reporting issues logging in, and the issues have been confirmed on the game’s official Twitter account, though no announcement yet on when the issue will be resolved. We’ll keep an eye on the situation and update you as soon as we know more. In the meantime, let’s take a look at what’s going on and who it’s affecting.

Is Genshin Impact offline?

According to a Tweet on the official Genshin Impact account, some Travelers are currently having issues logging into the game. However, the Tweet confirms that this is due to an issue with Twitter services, so it should only be affecting Travelers who login to their accounts using Twitter. Unfortunately for those of you that meet that description (presumably most of you if you’ve made it to this page), that means the game’s servers are still up and running, and Travelers using other login methods should be able to get access to Teyvat.

How can I log in to Genshin Impact?

If you are trying to login to Genshin Impact with your Twitter account, you may not be able to get in until the issues have been resolved. However, if you have previously linked either your Facebook or Google accounts to your mihoyo account, you may find you can still log on using one of those. If not, then sadly you’ll just have to hang tight.

When will Genshin Impact be back online

We don’t currently know when the issues will be fixed, and since they’re technically not related to Genshin Impact’s servers, mihoyo probably aren’t either. However, on the original Tweet, they have said that they will update Travelers both in game and on their social channels as soon as normal service resumes.

While you’re waiting to get back to Teyvat, check out what we found out from today’s Genshin Impact livestream.
