We’ve been waiting for quite a long time for news pertaining to the new God Of War game. The director of the 2018 God Of War has shared an insight on Twitter as to what’s going on with the game, where it is and whether or not it has been delayed.

Cory Balrog Speaks On Ragnarok

Various different insiders have been saying for a while that we’ll be seeing a reveal of the game in some form in the coming days, but all seem to be off the money given the fact the end of the month has came and we still have absolutely nothing. However, the director of 2018’s God Of War stated the following:

Cory Balrog tweeted the following:

Dear all, if it were up to me I would share all the information when I know about it, but it is not up to me. So please, be patient. I promise things will be shared at the earliest possible moment they can be. We make games for you. We get to make games because of you.”

This comes following various rumours that the game would either be delayed or revealed soon, but Balrog even had something to say about that, replying to the following tweet:

Why won’t you all just go on and tell us that Ragnarok is delayed so that we can move on and plan the rest of the year seriously this is getting frustrating.”

Because it’s not.”

What’s Happening With God Of War: Ragnarok?

Jason Schreier over at Bloomberg has the following to say about God Of War Ragnarok, suggesting that something has shifted within Sony:

On God of War Ragnarok rumors: as of very recently, there was indeed a release date announcement planned for Thursday, June 30, per people familiar. Recent tweets from Cory Balrog suggest that is no longer happening. Still, as far as I know the game has not been delayed again.”

It’ll be interesting to see when we finally get more information on God Of War: Ragnarok. Will it be within the next month, or might we see it at Gamescom Opening Night Live? Only time will tell.
