Right now the details of the exploit have not been disclosed by Google. Meaning, that the specifics are not publicly available. Google doesn’t usually publicise the details on technical details of the exploit, in order to presumably protect their own security systems, and so attackers do not get more lines of thought for executing code. They have also patched further security vulnerabilities, so be sure to update to version over to Chrome 98.0.4758.102 in order to avoid getting caught out, and potentially leaving you open to malicious attacks.
