Shock Halo Infinite Collector’s edition sells out at Walmart
But having not been officially announced yet, could more stock be expected?

Incredible Collector’s Editions are often revealed around the release date of new Halo games, including Halo Reach and Halo 5: Guardians. With the release of the next instalment in the franchise drawing ever closer, the question has been swirling as to when we’ll get an official Halo Infinite Collector’s Edition.
Well, On November 3rd, 2021, a stunning Halo Infinite Collector’s Edition appeared on Walmart’s website without warning. A lucky few spotted the set while it was still available, but most missed out with the lack of announcement and clearly minimal stock. The item, priced at the time at $169.99, is now listed as out of stock.
What is in the Halo Infinite Collector’s edition?
The amazing Collector’s Edition includes, of course, a physical copy of the full game in the steelbook case. It also contains a set of USNC lanyards and an ID wallet, as well as a set of patches and an awesome bottle opener styled as a Plasma Pistol.
That’s still not all, as owners of the set will also get an art print and stunning book featuring the game’s artwork alongside a desktop portfolio and developer’s note. Last, but most exciting, the kit also features an illuminated Energy Sword desk lamp collectible.
Will more stock become available?
Though we can’t know for sure until there is an official announcement from 343 Industries, we are hoping that a restock will be likely, and hopefully at other retailers. It’s still unknown as to why the Halo Infinite Collector’s Edition was able to go live at Walmart before it has even been announced by 343, but the promotional image on the website states that the collection is limited to 10,000. It seems unlikely that all 10,000 were released to Walmart’s site, and there is no mention of it being a Walmart exclusive, either.

Halo Infinite Collector’s Steelbook edition
Walmart are still offering the Collector’s Steelbook Edition, however, which is still in stock at the time of writing. This includes the Steelbook edition of the game, as well as a Mega Construx Halo Helmet in either Green, Blue or Red, with colors being randomly assigned to orders.
