Madden 22 has hit the shelves hard, with many sports fans after a taste of the NFL action. The new edition has brought in a lot of new players, leaving some wondering how to do a touch pass in Madden 22. Well, we are going to be going over that today to get your gameplay up to scratch.
There are three main passing methods in Madden 22, the bullet, lob, and touch. Each is actually pretty self-explanatory, with the bullet being a hard and fast pass that cuts through your opponent, the lob offers an arching pass over the opposition, and finally the touch pass, a hybrid of the two.
How To Do A Touch Pass In Madden 22
Touch passes are a medium strength pass and, as previously mentioned, can be thought of as something between the bullet and lob pass. the touch pass is designed to drop the ball over the head of your opponent, or underneath them, helping you get by deep cover.
Let’s look at how to touch pass in Madden 22:
First, you need to find an open receiver and then press the corresponding button to that target. To perform the touch pass you are going to need to press and then release the button. Hold the button too long and it becomes a bullet, remember this is a medium-strength pass, so if you tap it will be thrown as a lob pass. Find the perfect middle ground and you will fast be on your way to throwing game-winning touch passes.
