Intel’s 12th generation of CPUs, also known as Alder Lake, is now only a few weeks away from launch but it looks as though Micro Center US has accidentally leaked the pricing. The leak showed the price for the Core i9-12900K and i7-12700K SKUs, well ahead of the launch.
If we look at the cost for the 11th-gen launch prices (Core i7-11700K US$399 and Core i9-11900K US$539) and how far Intel appears to have come, the pricing isn’t that surprising.
We expect the official launch for Intel 12th gen Alder Lake processors to take place towards the end of October.
