Another KartRider Drift beta has started, this time with a focus on testing out both the new PlayStation version and the various crossplay and cross progression features that will let Xbox, PlayStation and Windows PC race on the games tracks against one another.

When can I play the KartRider Drift closed beta?

You can play the KartRider Drift closed beta between December 8, 2021 and December 15, 2021. It is available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. 

How to sign up for the KartRider Drift closed beta

You can sign up to take part in the closed beta tests at any time by going to the official KartRider Drift website and clicking on the big orange ‘sign up for beta’ button. You’ll have to create a Nexon account, which will take a couple of minutes.

The closed beta features two of the KartRider race modes, Item Mode and Speed Mode alongside 30 tracks with varied themes. You’ll also be able to try out the car and character customization menus, so you’ll get the full on KartRider Drift experience for that week.

There seems to be a lot of hope that KartRider Drift will take off in the same way as something like Fortnite or Rogue Company, and they’re giving it a big push internationally. We’re eager to see what happens to the free-to-play go-kart battle racer next.
