Here at WePC we are huge fans of Nacon and their brilliant controllers that not only stand on on the PlayStation 4 but perform brilliantly on the PC too. There is no finer example of that than the Revolution Unlimited which is just a great peripheral.
News has reached us that Nacon has now signed a licensing deal with Activision to produce a special edition of the Revolution Unlimited themed around the new Call of Duty game.
Pencilled for a release on 13th November Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold Wars fires you back to one of history’s most volatile periods in recent memory.
The Special Edition Controller is directly inspired by the game’s art design and will come with a code for in-game bonus content and will be available on the launch day for the game.
Few PC players worth their salt will head for a controller for an FPS game (sorry the CS:GO nerds in the office made me say that!) but if you have a PlayStation 4 in the corner and use that too, this will be a great collectible in years to come. As with the original Revolution Unlimited though it is perfectly compatible with the PC and a great option for driving, shooters, and platformers too.
Priced at around £180 the Revolution Unlimited is at the top end of cost for a controller but anybody who has used one will agree it is also up there with the best out there.
