Motorsport Games and NASCAR have announced that their new NASCAR 21: Ignition game will launch on October 28 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC via Steam. The officially licensed game features a brand new engine under the hood (Unreal 4) and features a voiceover from MRN Radio and 23XI Racing’s Freddie Kraft.

Fans can look forward to the rFactor physics engine and dynamic AI, and Motorsport Games have also promised ‘more in-depth racing’ with official drivers, teams and racetracks from the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series season, including the Circuit of the Americas and Daytona Road Course.

You can play it a full two days ahead of the official launch if you pre-order either the Standard or the Champions edition of the game, and you’ll also get a Traxion.gg paint scheme as a free bonus.

Play NASCAR 21: Ignition before anyone else

The game hits the grid on October 28 but you can get access to the game on October 26 by pre-ordering either the Standard or Champions edition.

The Standard edition lets you jump straight into a quick race or you can opt to take the full career path. There’s also a new Paint Booth that gives you more options to pimp your ride before taking it onto the track.

NASCAR 21: Ignition Champions Edition

Buy the special Champions Edition of NASCAR 21: Ignition and you get the option to play as NASCAR Hall of Fame driver Bill Elliott.

You also get the Season Pass, with three DLC packs that feature Throwback, Patriotic and Playoff content, and even more paint schemes.

Whichever version of the game you choose, you’ll get that all-important early access, as well as a free upgrade option to  Xbox Series X and PlayStation 5 after the October launch date.

The game promises to be a return to form for a sport that’s had a patchy history on PC and consoles, and you can pre-order it from Motorsport Games today.
