Kopite7kimi has suggested the specifications for the Nvidia AD104 SKU. With a 400W power limit, the PG141-SKU331 board contains 12GB of GDDR6X memory at 21 Gbps along a 192-bit bus.

The board is a full-fat AD104 so likely specifically the RTX 4070 Ti. With a likely 7,680 FP32 CUDA cores.

As the current gen flagship, 3090 Ti has 24 GB of GDDR6X memory across a 384-bit bus clocked at 21 Gbps. The lower class model does offer a significant increase in performance for the architecture.

But with such a large power consumption we’d hope so as the 30 series card has a TDP of 450W so there could be an improvement in the power per watt to help with the higher draw.

RTX 40 series specifications

With the expected RTX 4070 Ti we compare it to what has been rumored with the rest of the selection. And it is expected that the 400W TDP will be 100W higher than the 4070.

Whilst only potentially being 20W less than the RTX 4080. Which may be rated for 420W, and the RTX 4090 could have 450W. Which shows how powerful the Ti card could be.

The other Ti or potential Ti shows another massive spike in power. As the 4090 Ti could reach 600W, whilst a potential Titan card could well be well above that spec.

Altogether the cards demand a power supply upgrade and require a much better and higher delivery system. We can hope it just provides better efficiency as well.
