Developer Grinding Gear Games is set to deploy an update with a number of improvements and bug fixes for Archnemesis and Siege of the Atlas content. The devs have prepared a preview of its patch notes to give you an idea of what to expect from the 3.17.1 patch. The Archnemesis content is getting important changes. The devs have addressed the visual bug where the Mysterious Orbs challenge requirements stated Grand Eldritch Ember and Grand Eldritch Ichor, rather than Exceptional Eldritch Ember and Exceptional Eldritch Ichor.

What to Expect From Path of Exile Patch 3.17.1?

The new patch addresses Archnemesis and Siege of The Atlas content problems. Players were unable to sell items to Kirac in the previous content update and the issue is being resolved with patch 3.17.1. The new patch will also update the description of the Syncretism Atlas Passive to clarify it only applies to Shrines in Areas. Note that Atlas Passives that refer to Shrines do not apply to Lesser Shrines, Lesser Shrines are only affected by increased Effect of Shrines and Shrine Effect Duration from the Atlas Passive Tree.

Path of Exile Update 3.17.1 Patch Notes

Here are the highlights of the new patch:

  • Fixed a visual bug where increased Action Speed granted by the Tailwind buff was displayed on the Gathering Winds Deadeye Ascendancy Passive Skill.
  • Fixed a bug where hovering over an enemy whilst channeling a Skill would cause your character to stop turning.
  • Fixed a bug where some Helmet Microtransactions unexpectedly decapitated characters

A host of bug fixes are coming to the game and players who were unhappy with the bugs in the new Archnemesis should now be able to enjoy the content. To check out the full patch notes, click here.
