Resident Evil: Death Island — Release window prediction and more

Fans of the Resident Evil-verse got a surprise in February when the trailer for Resident Evil: Death Island appeared on screen. Sony Pictures announced the movie with a short trailer that showed off some of the movie’s gore, characters, and themes, as well as Alcatraz. Fans should be familiar with many of the characters seen throughout the 30-second trailer such as Chris Redfield, Leon S. Kennedy, and Jill Valentine. Many are now anxiously awaiting the release date so they can see their favorite characters on the big screen once more. Here is everything you need to know about the Resident Evil: Death Island movie.
When is the release date for Resident Evil: Death Island?

Unfortunately, Sony Interactive Pictures hasn’t released an exact release date for Resident Evil: Death Island. The trailer revealed that the movie will be released this summer so the time frame is pretty short. We can all expect to see the movie sometime between late May and late August. Still, a four-month period of time is a bit of a wide range. Once the release date gets closer, more information will be available such as an exact date in the summer. Until the movie releases, we can all sit back and relax while we experience another Leon S. Kennedy journey in the Resident Evil 4 Remake.
The release date for the movie still hasn’t been announced, but based on a lack of release date, we won’t see the game until late 2023 or early 2024.
