On September 13th, an official announcement was made that online services for LittleBigPlanet, LittleBigPlanet 2, LittleBigPlanet 3 and LittleBigPlanet PS Vita have been permanently shut down. However, on the same day, we were given hope that Sackboy could get a new lease of life with Sackboy: A Big Adventure being ported to PC.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure Coming To PC

Following the success of the LittleBigPlanet games, it’s hero was brought back in 2020 in Sackboy: A Big Adventure. Fans of the franchise were treated to the nostalgic colour and cuteness of the previous 2.5D platformers in full 3D. Sackboy: A Big Adventure, like the LittleBigPlanet games before it, is currently a Playstation exclusive, available on Playstation 4 and 5. However, if the huge GeForce NOW leak is to be believed, the adorable Sackboy could be coming to PC in the near future in his first 3D platformer.

Sackboy: A Big Adventure PC Release Date

As with all of these GeForce NOW titles, we can currently only speculate when, if indeed at all, they will see release on PC. With Sony having already ported previously exclusive titles such as survival game Days Gone and the immensely popular Horizon Zero Dawn, we can expect more games to be ported in 2022, following the Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves collection.

Which Other PS5 Titles Have Been Slated For Potential PC Release?

If you want to know what other titles were named on the GeForce NOW list, including more previously released Playstation exclusives, take a look at our full guide. This is still just a leak, so we have no official confirmation that any of these titles will definitely appear on PC. However, following the likes of Uncharted and Horizon Zero Dawn, we can assume more Playstation exclusives will be coming to PC in 2022. As always, we’ll keep you updated as and when these ports are announced.
