Smite Season 9 is finally here. Players are now leaving Season 8 behind, with the recent conclusion to the year with the conclusion of the Smite WC at the Hi-Rez Showcase. At the event, we got a preview of what is to come such as the new God, Shiva, While that is a while away, we do now have the launch of the Smite season 9.1 patch notes, which have gone live today on January 25. Here is what you can expect to celebrate the start of the new Smite season.

The main features of the Smite Season 9,1 patch notes include plenty of new skins. You can get new skins for Apollo with his new visual overhaul and skins for Poseidon, Nike, Da Ji, Tahantos, Rama, Loki, Kukulkan and more. Moreso, you can expect to find the usual new season pass bundle. The new one costs $39.99, and includes 1000 gems, limited editions kins for Danzaburou, and limited edition loading screen, and a most wanted title for your account. In addition, you will unlock all the Gods releasing in 2022, which also come with recolour base skin, a voice pack and a wave and clap emote.

It is also worth mentioning the game launches with a brand new battle pass. The pass features the usual grind for plenty of new skins and other cosmetics in the pass. If you want more limited-time content, expect the Dharmic event, with its first week launching when the 9.1 Smite patch notes go live, the first week comes with our skins, such as prototype 2.0 Charybdis, while you can get the Kukulkan skins and other content. In the third week of the patch, we will be able to see the Varna bundle with other skins and packs launching.

As for the interesting content balancing, there are many items reworks, game modes map balancing, and God balancing for the interesting content balancing. We highly recommend taking a closer look at the patch notes on the Smite website, as almost every god and item has been touched on.
