Tears of the Kingdom gameplay will get a ‘roughly 10 minute’ showcase today

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, a highly anticipated Nintendo Switch exclusive, is set to receive a ten-minute gameplay presentation today.
Eiji Aonuma, who has been a part of the Zelda series since Ocarina of Time, will lead the presentation. The video will be available on Nintendo’s YouTube channel at 10 AM ET on March 28th, and will solely focus on the new Zelda game.
The announcement, made via a tweet from Nintendo of America, indicated that the presentation will take place on March 28th at 7 AM Pacific / 10 AM Eastern / 3 PM UK time (midnight in AEST).

Tears of the Kingdom gameplay is showing today
Although it wasn’t labeled as a Nintendo Direct, viewers are invited to “join The Legend of Zelda series producer Eiji Aonuma for roughly ten minutes of gameplay from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom” on the official Nintendo YouTube channel.
This will be the first significant uninterrupted glimpse of Tears of the Kingdom gameplay, with only shorter clips having been shared in previous trailers. We’ll be able to finally get a glimpse of the world in Tears of the Kingdom now.
While fans have already received information about Tears of the Kingdom, such as its hefty $70 price tag, largest file size of any first-party Switch game, and classic enemies from Ocarina of Time, the extended gameplay footage with commentary from Aonuma will provide a new and exciting perspective for fans eagerly awaiting the Breath of the Wild sequel.
