We just got a brand new announcement trailer for WWE 2K22 that confirmed most of the leaks that we got a couple of days ago. The official WWE 2K22 release date is March 11, 2021. You can also get 3-day early access to the game by purchasing either WWE 2K22 Digital Deluxe Edition or WWE 2K22 nWo 4-LIFE Edition. If you decide to buy either of these versions you will be able to play the game on March 8, 2021.

It is worth noting that WWE 2K22 Digital Deluxe Edition will cost $99.99, and WWE 2K22 nWo 4-LIFE Edition is priced at $119.99. It is a lot of money for a single game, but you will also get additional bonuses.

For the first time in over 10 years, WWE 2K22 does not have any kind of physical Collector’s Edition with physical items.
WWE 2K22 is returning after a one-and-a-half-year break. The game series was releasing every single year for about 15 years. The development team has changed and after the poorly received WWE 2K20 2K decided to take a break and polish the next game.

The game itself will be a fighting game about WWE superstars going at it in the wrestling ring. This installment will include a lot of new additions like MyGM mode, a re-designed engine, and more moves than ever before. I am excited for the game itself, but cautiously optimistic due to the many releases from the WWE in 2020 and 2021.

Hopefully, the quality of the game will not suffer from it, and we will get to play as some wrestler that has since been released from WWE.
