Sony recently announced that as of June, PlayStation Plus will be available in three tiers each of which includes access to various games, below we have what games are included as part of the overhauled PlayStation Plus offering.
The three tiers are PS Plus Essential, PS Plus Extra, and PS Plus Premium. The Essential plan is basically the same offering as PS Plus is right now, offering two free gamers per month. The Extra and Premium plans will include more than 400 games and 700 games for the Premium plan.
Whilst access to 400+ games and 700+ games sounds fantastic, what everyone really wants to know is what games will be on this list.
PlayStation Plus Extra Game List
The second tier subscription which will cost $14.99 in the USA and £10.99 in the UK will offer the following games:
- God of War
- Mortal Kombat 11
- Death Stranding
- Spider-Man: Miles Morales
- Marvel’s Spider-Man
- Returnal
Sony has stated that the Extra subscription plan will include 400+ of the most enjoyable PS4 and PS5 games including the 6 above.
PlayStation Plus Premium Game List
The third tier subscription which will cost $17.99 in the USA and £13.49 in the UK will offer all of the benefits above, including the 7 games as part of the Extra tier. However, the Premium tier will also include an additional 340 games on top of what the Extra tier provides, making a grand total of 740+ games to play.
The Premium tier will also give users access to cloud streaming of PS3 games, a catalog of classic games from the original PlayStation, PS2, PSP, and PS4, and time-limited game trials.
We are waiting for more confirmation from Sony in regards to what other games will be added to the Extra and Premium PlayStation Plus subscription services and we will update this once we know more. What games would you love to see on the game list? Let us know below!
