As for the time, nothing is currently known officially about when exactly the game will drop globally, and the differences between time zones and regions. On one hand – with the caveat of ‘for now’ doing a lot of work here – the Microsoft store seems to be suggesting a midnight release time for consoles – as long as you’ve bagged a Resident Evil 4 Remake pre-order of course. This is unverified, remember, but if true it could mean that Xbox players in particular could get early access by changing the time zone to New Zealand…

However, if the game was to release at different times, then we could take am ore risky guess by looking at previous Capcom releases. For example, Monster Hunter: Rise was released first on Nintendo Switch, then again for consoles. The Monster Hunter Rise release time for Xbox and PlayStation consoles was 9 PM PST, 7 PM EST on Thursday, 19 January 2023 and 12 AM GMT on Friday, 20 January.

Considering that the Resident Evil 4 Remake will be releasing to consoles and PC, we could then formulate an educated guess that Resident Evil 4 Remake could launch at 9 PM PST, 7 PM EST on the 24th of March, 12 AM GMT on the 25th.
