Here he comes, that little greed bud. We’re kicking off the year with another Community Day, last one being Spheal’s. Now we’re seeing little number 001 take over our community on Saturday 22nd! From 2PM to 5PM, you’ll be seeing one of our favourites roaming the streets.
So first thing’s first, you’ll be likely wondering if Bulbasaur can be shiny in Pokemon Go? Good news, yes it can be! Sadly, it’s one of the shinies that looks hardly any different to the usual. If anything, the shiny Bulbasaur looks slightly more ‘natural’ than the regular one, with a more normal green hue.
Well now that you’ve gotten yourself a shiny Bulbasaur, no doubt you’ll want a strong and powerful shiny Venusaur to show off. That’s where we’ll help you out. Make sure you’ve got yourself a three-star Bulbasaur with decent CP. Now evolve it to a Venusaur and get your TMs out.
Venusaur is a Grass & Poison Pokémon which evolves from Ivysaur. It is vulnerable to Flying, Fire, Psychic and Ice moves. Venusaur’s strongest moveset is Vine Whip & Frenzy Plant and it has a Max CP of 2,720.
