This is the Intel Core Ultra 7 1002H, most likely a mobile CPU based on the number of cores and threads, also its core speed. This is the second of two Intel Core Ultra 7 CPUs that InstLatX64 has found. the first of which was a Core Ultra 7 1003H.
The Intel Core Ultra 1002H apparently has a 6C+8E+2e/22 threads configuration with a 3GHz base speed according to the leaker on Twitter.
This again looks like a mobile CPU due to the number of cores and threads, it also could be a really low-end Desktop CPU but we feel that is very, very unlikely at this point.
Here is the Source from which InstLatx64 got their information. It looks to be some kind of Log from an Intel test system but sure enough, it does have information pointing towards, and naming by name, Intel Core Ultra CPUs.
Intel announced that there will be some name changes in the near future but it was only speculation that it could be this cycle of CPUs that the change would take effect.
We’re both excited and intrigued at what Intel has to offer us this time, as we have no idea what this generation of CPUs is going to look like thanks to the recently announced name changes. But we do have faith in Intel that the CPUs are going to be better than ever. This was how another potential Intel Core Ultra mobile CPU was spotted.
