Xbox Live Gold members are reaping the rewards of their premium subscription once again this weekend, with free access to Battlefield 5, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited starting the 26th of August. 

Whilst Battlefield 5 was speculated to be free on Steam earlier this week, it actually is free on Xbox Live Gold – along with three other high-profile titles you won’t want to miss. Unfortunately, the games are only free to play for a limited time, but if you ever wanted to try a game, now’s your chance.

Is Battlefield 5 Free On Xbox Live Gold?

After speculation surrounding the potential free release of Battlefield V on Steam, many started to ask whether or not Battlefield V would be free on Xbox.

Well, Microsoft answers our questions today, tweeting out how three big titles would be free for Live Gold members.

If you’re looking to get Battlefield V, Assetto Corsa Competizione, and The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimted, here’s the time slots:

Battlefield V: Thursday, August 26 at 12:01 a.m. PDT until Sunday, August 29 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

Assetto Corsa Competizione: Thursday, August 26 at 12:01 a.m. PDT until Sunday, August 29 at 11:59 p.m. PDT

The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited: Thursday, August 26 at 12:01 a.m. PDT until Sunday, Monday, August 30 at 7:00 a.m. PDT.

How To Get Battlefield 5 For Free

Getting Battlefield V for free couldn’t be easier – all you need to do is head on over to Xbox store, find one of the games by using the search functionality, and download it. 

Of course, you’ll have to signed in to your Microsoft Xbox Live Gold membership to get the games for free.
