While the newly introduced O11 VISION and SUP 01 concept case are stealing a lot of the attention, Lian LI has also brought an update fro the well-like O11D XL and the O11D EVO. To put it simply, the O11D XL has been brought into the EVO family and the O11D EVO gets the razzle dazzle RGB treatment.
The O11D XL needs little introduction but what does the new EVO model bring to the party? This case retains its modular e-ATX design and supports a GPU next to the motherboard in the upright, or reverse upright position. The XL also includes a removable front left column, which will give you an unrestricted view of your fabulous build inside. the motherboard tray is also adjustable, giving you three different cooling configurations and support for up to 3 x 420mm radiators simultaneously, icy cold.
We are also getting a new variant of the O11D refresh – the Evo. This refresh called “RGB” is exactly what it says on the tin – lights up more.
The O11D Evo RGB looks awfully close to the older model, however, you will notice two diffused LED strips that wrap along the top and bottom. The RGB model supports front mounting for the LANCOOL 216 160mm fans and we see an upgraded cable management system at the back too.
