The new Acer Chromebook Spin 514 has been released, this is the first Chromebook to be released with the new AMD Ryzen 5000-C Series CPUs, designed specifically for Chromebooks in a collaboration between AMD and Acer.
The new Chromebook comes with a 14-inch 1080p IPS touch screen display, which has extra protection from scratches thanks to the Corning Gorilla Glass. It (reportedly) has a 100% sRGB color gamut, plus ultra-narrow 6.1mm (0.24 in) side bezels. The Chromebook comes with Wi-Fi 6, 2x USB Gen 2 Type-C ports, 1x HDMI, a Corning Gorilla Glass touchpad, and a (supposed) 10-hour battery life.
