There’s quite a few different reasons why Microsoft Surface Laptop (2024) is worth your attention this holiday. The glaring reason for many is the Snapdragon X Plus processor, offering up tighter performance than Apple’s M3 chip in some circumstances. Featuring 10 cores built on a 3nm process, the relatively low 3.4GHz clock speed never feels like a compromise.
There’s also 32GB of DDR5 memory that will never put you in a tight spot performance-wise. If you’re looking for an all purpose machine that’s going to carry you through all your content creation needs, then this is it.
There’s also the 13.8-inch touchscreen display offering up an ultra-thin design and empowered by a HDR-ready panel. While you’re not going to be using a stylus with this display, you’re going to see your workflow increased drastically thanks to the added functionality of being able to use your fingers.
