However, if you have a Ryzen 5 processor you might be wondering: Can Ryzen 5 Run Warzone 2.0? Well, the answer is a resounding yes for the most part. Then again, all Ryzen 5 processors are different from each other.

Call Of Duty: Warzone 2.0 – PC Requirements

These are the minimum requirements for Warzone 2.0 on PC. 

  • CPU: Intel Core i3-6100 / Core i5-2500K or AMD Ryzen 3 1200
  • RAM: 8 GB
  • Hi-Rez Assets Cache: Up to 32 GB

Now, here are the recommended requirements. You can run the game with the minimum requirements but there will be some hiccups.

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-6600K / Core i7-4770 or AMD Ryzen 5 1400
  • RAM: 12 GB
  • Hi-Rez Assets Cache: Up to 32 GB
  • Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 or AMD Radeon RX 580
  • Video Memory: 4 GB

So any Ryzen 5 processor newer than Ryzen 5 1400 should have no problems running Warzone 2.0. Provided that your GPU also matches the minimum/recommended requirements. Keep in mind, these requirements are based on 1080p at 30fps or 720p at 60fps.

People using a Ryzen 5 2600, 3600, 5500, or similar should be good to go if they have a decent enough GPU. Pairing these processors with something like a 1660 super will give you great performance at 1080p. We recommend the Ryzen 5 5600X to cover all your bases.

Can Ryzen APUs run Warzone 2.0?

So, what if you’re using a Ryzen APU like the 3400G or 5600G? Well, that’s where things get complicated.

These processors have integrated Radeon Vega graphics. Their performance is good enough that you can play Esports titles at lower settings, but not much more. However, if you have a Ryzen 5 5600G or Ryzen 7 5700G, then you’ll be much better off. You can easily get 50fps at 1080p. If you turn that down to 900p, you’ll even get away with 60fps

On the other hand, if you are using a Ryzen 5 4600G, 3400G, or older, then you’ll have to stick with a 720p resolution for smooth gameplay. This is because you might get 30fps at 1080p, but the framerate drops may hinder the experience. For laptops, this is especially true.
