It’s unclear as to why the servers are down, though, and there’s no official statement on the reasons as to why this might be happening.
Apex Legends Servers Not Responding
Apex Legends last went down a few weeks ago, with reports on June 29th that the servers themselves were down.
However, as of earlier today, the Apex Legends servers are down yet again, with EA themselves suffering server issues, as noted by Apex Legends News. There’s no official statement as of yet from Apex Legends themselves or from EA, so they’re possibly working on fixing this as soon as they possibly can.
What Is Apex Legends?

Apex Legends is an online battle royale shooter in which you roam around a map as your chosen hero, attempting to find items and weapons so that you can slowly but surely take out your opponents.

It’s been active since February 2019 and is currently available on basically every single platform (Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, Mobile). You play in either two or three player squads in battles of between twenty and thirty different people.
