Death Stranding has finally got a firm release date for PC. The unique, genre-defying title from Hideo Kojima originally came out in 2019 on PlayStation 4. This sadly locked out a few Kojima fans who didn’t have a PS4, so it was great news to hear that a PC version would be coming soon.
Death Stranding will be released on PC on July 14th, 2020. This was announced by legendary game developer Hideo Kojima on Twitter:

This title is priced at $59.99 or £54.99 on Steam and the Epic Games Store. For the time being, Green Man Gaming is also offering Steam codes at a 22% discount.
Death Stranding follows character Sam Bridges as he braves a world transformed by the Death Stranding. He embarks on an epic journey to reconnect the shattered remnants of the world and bridge the divides in society.
Starring Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, Léa Seydoux and Lindsay Wagner, Death Stranding is a unique experience that goes beyond what you’d expect from a typical open-world action game.

You can already pre-order it on both Steam and the Epic Games Store. For those eager to purchase the game, you’ll receive a few goodies thrown in. These freebie features include:

Naturally, you’ll want to know if you can run this title on your current PC. Given that this is a graphically beautiful game, you’ll want a PC which can deliver the full experience.
