Nvidia are back at it again with the latest release of their drivers. GeForce Game Ready driver 511.65 comes with a host of new features, although they’re not quite as large as some might expect when looking for huge updates, they add a couple of handy features nonetheless. Here are a couple of the highlights that we’re about to go through with you right here, right now.

Dying Light 2 Ray Tracing & DLSS support

The latest driver adds support for Ray tracing, in addition to Nvidia DLSS, which allows you to use Direct X 12 Ultimate. This ensures that when you boot up Dying Light 2 for the first time, you’ll not only get the best possible graphics, but the best possible performance too, especially with Nvidia DLSS in tow, which can boost your performance in-game by multitudes. As for Dying Light 2, you’ll just have to wait and see with our impending review for our verdict on Techland’s latest free-roaming zombie apocalypse wasteland. Additionally, this driver also adds support for Sifu, which releases on February 8.

Support for RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti laptops

You can expect a hefty amount of performance from the latest flagship graphics chipsets, with 4th generation Max-Q technology built-in to these brand-new mobile GPUs. Though don’t let that put you off, with the RTX 3080 Ti and RTX 3070 Ti monikers, you can expect these to deliver excellent gaming performance on the go. Nvidia told us in a press release that over 160 models of laptops are now using the RTX 30 series, and you’ll now be able to eke out even more performance with this latest driver from Nvidia.
