Big things come in small packages. At least, that’s what we feel for the smallest COD map, Shipment. Speaking of packages however, here’s one to open early before Christmas: Shipment 24/7 is back on Modern Warfare 2. As is the case for a lot of CoD’s 24/7 maps like Cold War Nuketown and Shoot House on MW2, they are only temporary. So how long is Shipment 24 7 on MW2 for?
You’re best chance on small maps like this is to be using some quick loadouts.
What is Shipment 24/7?
Shipment 24/7 is a playlist for games like Call of Duty: WWII, Call of Duty: Mobile, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Call of Duty: Vanguard and now most recently, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II. The playlist featured several game modes, these being Team Deathmatch, Domination, Headquarters, Kill Confirmed and Hardpoint. It has been a 6v6 playlist and featured a Hardcore variant, which did not include Hardpoint.
This game mode requires fast reflexes and quick draws, so you might want to know know how to get The Chimera (Honey Badger) in MW2 & Warzone 2, or at least how to easily unlock it through this event.
This time round we’re looking at more of the same.
How long is Shipment 24/7 in MW2 for?
Unfortunately, there is no way of knowing for certain how long Shipment 24/7 will be in MW2.
Whilst there’s no way of knowing, we know that players love it, as they did in Modern Warfare. Shoot House 24/7 and Shipment 24/7 are tried and tested bangers, if we’re going off of previous renditions. The map was extremely popular, and is a sure-fire way to quickly gain weapon XP and test your reflexes, so let’s hope Activision gives us what the people want and it sticks around!
Whilst it’s only 6v6, you can also find out how many kills for a nuke in MW2 if you’re very skilled.
It’s likely that Shipment 24/7 in MW2 will not stay forever, but we cannot be entirely certain of this. What we know from Shoot House 24/7 is that it was replaced with Shipment 24/7, and therefore was dropped from the roster. So when we consider what will happen to Shipment 24/7 now, it could be dropped also.
Our prediction is that Shipment 24/7 will stay for around a month due to its huge popularity. However, it’s a shame, but we can’t see the game mode will being in MW2 much longer than that.
However, whilst they sometimes disappear, others will probably return, so don’t be upset! We have yet to see Shoot the Ship in Season 1, so let’s hold out hope! We could expect a new replacement.
