Lenovo Yoga 5G – World’s First 5G Laptop With Qualcomm Snapdragon At CES 2020

Today at CES 2020, we were treated to a look at the world’s first ever 5G laptop – the Lenovo Yoga 5G.

5G has been growing rapidly in the last few years, but so far it’s been exclusive to mobile platforms. Now, we’ll be able to get our hands on a laptop that can utliize this ultra-fast connection for everyday computing, video chat, and gaming.

The laptop was announced at the Qualcomm keynote speech at CES 2020 alongside announcements around auto technology and their advancement to autonomous driving. But, as cool as that was, we were more focused on the idea of always being connected to 5G with our laptops.

Being connected to a 5G network on your laptop could mean lag-free gaming, ultra-fast connections for video chats and streaming without the frustration of buffering.
