The All-New Razer Blade Pro 17 Set to Land Later This Month

The Razer Blade Pro is a laptop that is built with professional gamers in mind. With an impressive appearance and the specifications to run almost anything, it’s not hard to see why.

This laptop has now been updated with some pretty impressive features that you’ll be sure to love. There are a range of high refresh rate displays available, as well as some pretty impressive graphics card options.

Impressive Display for Creators and Gamers Alike

Brad Wildes from Razer states: “The Razer Blade Pro 17 is the perfect laptop for power users, pro gamers, and creatives alike” and it’s not hard to see why. The new 300 Hz refresh rate is something that is going to be a massive draw for esports gamers and will keep their game details sharp during fast-paced gameplay.

The Razer Blade Pro 17 has a 17.3 inch display and comes custom calibrated for color accuracy. Each display is also coated with a matte finish to make sure any glare is kept at a minimum.

There is also an option for those looking to use this as more of a creative workstation. You will be able to pick up the Razer Blade Pro 17 with a 4K 120 Hz touch screen display which will make for an ideal working companion during creative tasks. This custom calibrated display covers 100% of the Adobe RGB working space and the high refresh rate makes it well suited for any visual editing tasks.

The Blade Pro 17 Is Faster and More Efficient Than Ever

With the power coming from the new Intel i7-10875H 8 core processor, the Razer Blade Pro 17 is capable of reaching clock speeds of up to 5.1 GHz through Intel Turbo Boost. A large 16 MB cache is also on board. This results in an impressive increase in performance when using productivity apps, shorter render times, and higher frame rates when gaming.

If your main aim is gaming, you’ll be able to pick up this laptop with one of the new line of Nvidia’s RTX SUPER GPUs, all the way up to the Nvidia RTX 2080 SUPER. This graphics card lineup features up to 8 GB of GDDR6 memory as well as additional ray tracing cores – this is almost a 25% increase in performance over the original RTX graphics cards

The cooling for this new laptop will be handled by a vapor chamber cooler which is paired with a dual-fan system for the maximum amount of cooling. This allows users to really push the specifications to the limits, getting the most out of their hardware.

Ports and Extra Features

You’ll have no problems with connectivity on this laptop. The Razer Blade Pro 17 comes with a USB-C Thunderbolt 3 port, UHS-III SD card reader, HDMI 2.0B port, 2.5 GB Ethernet port as well as Wi-Fi 6.

There is also a HD webcam that features an IR sensor to allow the use of Windows Hello. The refreshed keyboard will feature an extended right shift key as well as half-height directional keys. This will also be backlit by the classic Razer Chroma RGB lighting system and feels like more of a traditional keyboard layout rather than a laptop one.

How Much Will the Razer Blade Pro 17 Cost?

If this impressive list of features is something you’d want to pick up, the all-new Razer Blade Pro 17 will retail at around $2599.99 USD / 2899.99€. This laptop will be available later this month at selected retailers and Razer.com.
