Finding the best gaming chair for console should be a simple task. After all, we’ve really found the best gaming chair for PS5 and the best gaming chair for Xbox Series S.
Obviously, the same rules will apply here. By and large, we’re looking for something less office-style and more something you can comfortably lounge around in.
Additionally, we might include some fun features to make the console experience more immersive and enjoyable as a whole.
So, let’s find the best gaming chair for console, whether it be a Switch, PS5, or Xbox Series X. We’ll also provide a more traditional style of gaming chair as we don’t all have the space or money to have a different chair for different gaming application.
Best gaming chair for console: X Rocker SE Pro
X Rocker SE Pro Gaming Chair
Weight Capacity
350 lbs (estimated)
Sound Compatibility
Wireless and Wired 2.1 Audio
Extra Features
Speakers and Subwoofer
X Rocker had to win a place here, as they are the undisputed champions of rocker-style gaming chairs, and we’ve recommended them a few times before.
One of the main reasons is that they are the best at reproducing a couch sort of experience, without charging a huge amount of money for it.
Additionally, the X Rocker Pro SE includes two very bass-heavy speakers. While they might not compare favorably to a soundbar or other such comprehensive audio setup, they do provide a bit of inarguable immersion.
Best gaming chair for console and PC: Secretlab Titan EVO 2022 Series
Here we are, again, the Titan EVO 2022. We always end up going back to this chair for many reasons, as it’s a great gaming chair for console use and PC.

It’s the best all-rounder we’ve found so far, and we don’t see that changing anytime soon. It’s just too darn comprehensive.
The tilt-lock, recline, and ergonomics are all perfect for both comfort and adaptability. The 4D armrests are particularly nice, as they can be shunted forward for aggressive PC gaming, or swiveled back and out of the way to make space for a more relaxed console gaming experience.
