Assassin’s Creed Valhalla Tombs of the Fallen confirmed
Ubisoft confirm new updates and events following last week’s leak, including limited-time Oskoreia Festival

On November 2nd, Assassin’s Creed analysis site AccessTheAnimus revealed a new set of trophies discovered on PlayStation that hinted at the new Tombs of the Fallen update for AC Valhalla.
The Update has now been confirmed by Ubisoft in a schedule of the remaining Assassin’s Creed events for 2021. These include Tombs of the Fallen, as well as the Oskoreia Festival limited-time event due for December.
Tombs of the Fallen and Title Update 1.4.0
Of the four Assassin’s Creed Valhalla updates coming between now and new year, Tombs of the Fallen and the Title Update 1.4.0 will both be coming on November 9th, 2021. Despite this only being four days after Ubisoft’s confirmation, we still don’t have a lot of information as to what will be included in this next update.
The main thing we do know is from Access The Animus’ leak which revealed two new trophies to collect, Spelunker and Crypt-ologest. To earn the trophies, you will need to complete one and three Tombs of the Fallen respectively. As to what these new challenges will involve we don’t yet know, but we have had one hint from Ubisoft that runes will somehow be involved, with an image showcasing Odin’s illusionary rune.
Tombs of the Fallen release date and time
Valhalla’s Tombs of the Fallen and Title Update 1.4.0 will be coming to all platforms on November 9th, 2021. Though there is no confirmed time as yet, most AC Valhalla updates usually occur around 5am PST/8am EST/1pm GMT, so we’d likely expect the next update around the same time.

Oskoreia Festival and Title Update 1.4.1
Nothing has been revealed about the Oskoreia Festival yet, other than that it is coming oin November 11th, so only two days after the release of Tombs of the Fallen. Oskoreia Festival is a limited-time event that will last until December 2nd.
After this, we have one last Title Update coming at some point during December. We’ll keep you in the know when we find out more about what’s coming in Title Update 1.4.1.
Oskoreia Festival release date and time
Oskoreia Festival is launching on November 11, 2021 and will continue until December 2nd. As with the Tombs of the Fallen content update, we can assume that this will be released at around 5am PST/8am EST/1pm GMT.
As for the final Title Update, we are likely to see this in early December, perhaps some time around the completion of the Oskoreia Festival. This hasn’t been confirmed by Ubisoft, so we’ll let you know when the date of this is announced. At least there’s plenty to keep us occupied in the meantime.
