Crossplay, or cross platform play, is something that more and more games have been adopting in an effort to link gamers across different consoles and devices.

Because of this, it’s no surprise that people wanting to hop into the much awaited Star Wars Jedi: Survivor game will be wondering whether or not it has crossplay.

If you’re one such future Jedi: Survivor player, then worry not as we’ll be going through everything you need to know regarding the game’s crossplay or lack thereof.

Is Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Cross Platform or crossplay?

Unfortunately, Jedi: Survivor does not have any cross platform features whatsoever. This means you aren’t able to play with your friends on different devices.

As a matter of fact, you can’t play with your friends on the same device either, because the game has been confirmed to not have any online mode, at least at launch.

Because of this, you can say that the game wouldn’t have benefited from having crossplay anyways.

After all, games like Fortnite and Warzone which have a much bigger emphasis on their multiplayer are able to take advantage of the cross platform feature much more than a single player narrative story driven game like Jedi: Survivor.

However, it has been rumored that there’s a standalone multiplayer Star Wars game from the same developers in the works, in which case we would hope for that game to have cross platform to make the experience that much better.

Does Star Wars Jedi: Survivor Have Cross Progression?

In addition to not having cross platform play, Jedi: Survivor does not have cross progression either. Although this might come as a rather unfortunate surprise to some players, it’s still understandable as cross progression, in addition to being a rather new feature, also requires multiple platform to have to coordinate with each other.
