Raiders’ Davante Adams leads the way in the race for wide receiver superiority, scoring a 99 rating. He is closely followed by Cooper Kupp of the Rams who scores one point less at 98. Tyreek Hill lands the third spot with 97, completing the top three positions in this year’s game.

Looking at a year-on-year comparison of the two games, many of last year’s star players have managed to retain their impressive game rating.

After Christian Kirk received his eye-watering $72 million deal with Jacksonville, it sparked off a frenzy of cash deals around the position.

This clearly had an impact on the Madden 23 WR ratings, with many of the players retaining or improving in this department.
